is a boutique real estate firm specializing in the needs of Buyers and Sellers.  With a special emphasis on the communities we represent, we are staffed by full time Agents who not only know their specific area of expertise, but who live there, too!  Active in our communities, we sit on many boards, from the Historic Preservation Exterior Bond Fund judging panel to local community boards and civic organizations, too.

While we do have an advertising budget, we do not typically have to advertise.  We take great pride in working with our clients, and our referral rate is astounding because of it (not that we couldn't continue to grow!). 

In addition to our strong customer service commitment, we are equally committed to education.  Less than 4% of all Agents hold their e-PRO certification; less than 3% of all Agents hold their Accredited Buyers Rep certification; and less than 1% hold their Certified Negotiation Expert designation.  Our Designated Broker, Christa Lawcock, holds all three, while the Agents in our office hold similar designations and awards.  It's not about having initials next to our names, though; designations and classes in general enable us to know our business to a much higher level than our counterparts, which enables us to give our customers additional advantages in the sale, negotiation, and purchases of their dream homes.
